Job Overview
Rafhan Maize is hiring a HR Generalist – Operations for its offices in Faisalabad and Lahore. This is a hybrid role, where candidates may need to travel between Lahore and Faisalabad weekly.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management

- Support initiatives like Women’s Day, Environment Day, and local festivals like Eid and Christmas.
- Conduct activities to build strong employee relationships and workplace culture.
5. Organizational Effectiveness
- Support organizational restructuring and process improvements.
- Work with HR leaders to enhance talent retention and team efficiency.
6. HR Operations
- Ensure timely delivery of HR reports.
- Resolve Workday system queries.
- Drive participation in surveys such as Employee Climate Survey.
7. HR Initiatives & Learning
- Support action plans based on Listen Survey results.
- Organize CEO Townhalls and Coffee Sessions.
- Promote Talent Academy and learning opportunities.
8. Cultural Transformation
- Represent HR on local and international platforms.
- Strengthen company values across all teams and departments.
Education Required
