Job Role and Responsibilities
As an Export Manager at Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, you will:
- Identify and explore new international markets for tractors, spare parts, and farm machinery.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade bodies, and forums to strengthen global presence.
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Ensure timely execution of export orders and resolve post-sales issues.
- Monitor international trade compliance, documentation, and order fulfillment.
- Handle risk management related to shipments and exports.
- Prepare accurate export documents such as quotations, invoices, shipping and customs papers.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with international partners.
Education and Qualification Requirements
To apply for this role, you should have one of the following:
- BSc. in Agricultural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- MBA from a reputable university
Additional requirements include:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, MS Office)
- Background in financial analysis, strategy, and budget development
Experience Required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the export segment of automobiles, tractors, or farm machinery.
- Hands-on experience in international export markets such as Africa, Middle East, and Asia.
- Strong expertise in international trade compliance, INCOTERMS, HS Codes, and logistics coordination.
- Proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
