💼 Job Title: Senior Systems Development & GIS Expert
This is a senior-level position ideal for candidates who have strong experience in software engineering, systems development, GIS, and data analytics. The selected candidate will help design, manage, and implement powerful software systems for the government.
This job includes management of android apps, dashboards (like BMIS, PMIS, HMIS), and IT infrastructure related to public housing initiatives.
🎓 Required Qualification & Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Software Engineering
- GIS Development
- Or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in:
- Systems development
- GIS development
- IT project management
- Programming
- Android or software deployment
- Big data analytics
🔧 Key Job Responsibilities
As a Senior IT/GIS Expert, your daily tasks will include:
- Designing and supervising all equipment and software systems under PAHP.
- Drafting Terms of Reference (ToRs) to hire IT firms for development of:
- BMIS (Beneficiary Management Information System)
- PMIS (Project Management Information System)
- HMIS (Housing Management Information System)
- Managing android and software development teams.
- Overseeing the deployment and maintenance of all IT tools.
- Designing dashboards and mobile apps to share real-time data with stakeholders.
- Preparing timelines for the release of different components of the system.
- Monitoring progress and reporting to the Project Director regularly.
- Allocating resources such as time, money, and equipment effectively.
- Creating training material and workshops for PHATA employees.
- Supporting smooth processing of APHS schemes under government rules.
- Developing a Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) dashboard for issue tracking.
- Handling any additional tasks assigned by the Program Management.

💰 Estimated Salary Package:
- Basic Monthly Salary: PKR 200,000 to PKR 350,000
