📋 Job Description
As a Sales Liaison Specialist at Zameen.com, you will manage communication between clients, sales teams, and real estate developers. Your main responsibility is to make sure the property buying or selling process runs smoothly for all parties involved.
You will arrange site visits, answer client questions, and support the sales team in closing deals. This is a client-facing role, so strong people skills are a must.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Act as a link between clients, developers, and internal sales team
- Schedule and coordinate property visits for clients
- Follow up with clients after visits to ensure deal closure
- Assist Sales Managers in meeting monthly sales goals
- Respond to client queries and suggest the best property options
- Maintain accurate sales data and prepare regular reports
- Stay updated with new property projects and market trends
- Support the team during property events and sales campaigns
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and developers
- Share client feedback with management to improve service quality
🎓 Requirements
To apply for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client coordination
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and basic CRM systems
- A goal-driven, organized, and professional attitude
- Confidence in client handling and sales discussions

💰 Salary and Benefits
Expected Monthly Salary:
PKR 60,000 – 90,000 (based on experience)
