About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager at Cheezious, your main goal is to make sure the restaurant runs smoothly every day. You will manage the team, oversee food safety, serve customers, control costs, and improve the overall experience of guests. Your leadership will help your branch succeed and grow.

You will work closely with restaurant staff, kitchen teams, and area managers to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and motivating teams — this job is for you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager at Cheezious, your daily tasks will include:

• Managing daily operations of the restaurant to ensure everything runs efficiently
• Making sure food safety and hygiene standards are followed strictly
• Keeping track of budgets, inventory, and daily sales reports
• Planning staff schedules and ensuring proper coverage during busy hours
• Handling customer feedback and complaints with professionalism
• Training, mentoring, and leading the restaurant team to perform better
• Ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Controlling costs by reducing waste and improving processes
• Working with senior management to meet sales targets and improve performance

Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for this job, you should meet the following requirements:

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (Hospitality or Business field is a plus)

Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role in restaurant or food service management
• Experience in handling both front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a busy environment
• Good communication skills in both English and Urdu
• Proficiency in using basic computer tools like MS Excel and POS systems
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
